The first stage of our process involves the investment of time in getting to know each client that we serve. Only a thorough understanding of the client's business and the environment in which the client competes can provide a suitable foundation upon which to place the remainder of the search process.
In this stage of the search process, it is our goal to secure not only a comprehensive understanding of a given client's organizational structure and specific talent needs, but also a sound understanding of the operational, cultural, financial and competitive issues that the client faces on a day-to-day basis. To achieve the requisite level of understanding, we supplement the information that we are able to acquire directly from the client by way of in-depth interviews with additional information that we obtain from focused research which we conduct into the client's business sector or industry.
