Manager, Human Resources

A key member of the management team and reporting directly to the President, the Manager of Human Resources is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing a formal, centralized corporate HR function/structure complete with policies and procedures, and for providing leadership, direction, and management to all HR processes that support and enhance the short- and long-term objectives of the organization. In addition, the Manager of Human Resources assists and advises senior management on HR management issues. In this capacity, the organization’s HR practices and processes are consistent, standardized, and documented and thereby protect the interests of the organization, provide for positive employer-employee relationships, promote a high level of employee morale and a culture of employee engagement, lead to greater overall job satisfaction, and are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

In developing, implementing, and maintaining all HR policies, procedures, programs, and a manual/handbook for the entire organization, particular emphasis is placed on:
