Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is a key member of our clients’ technology risk management and information system audit practices. Practice engagements include identifying, analyzing, communicating, and validating requirements for process or system changes and improvements; assessing the impact of changes on other system and business processes/workflow; documenting as-is and to-be business processes and systems; conducting client interviews, facilitating workshops, conducting site visits, and analyzing process and system documentation.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for researching and analyzing clients’ complex business process requirements and their IT infrastructure for the purposes of evaluating, recommending, and implementing business process improvements and upgrades. This also includes assisting clients in software selection and the design, implementation, and testing of new systems and enhancements, working with complex technology in a variety of business environments.
