Senior Manager, Government Services

The Senior Manager is a newly created role in our client's organization focused on building a public-sector consulting practice within the Advisory Services group. The diversity of projects at the municipal, provincial, and federal levels presents great opportunities to bring innovative solutions to public-sector clients.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with senior decision makers in government, and for actively marketing and promoting Advisory Services to the public sector. This includes leading all aspects of the proposal development process, managing project delivery and engagement staff, and monitoring the quality of work performed to ensure the effective, efficient, and professional provision of services. As the practice grows, the Senior Manager will also be responsible for building the team and for staff development.
