Chief Operations Officer

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Administrative Officer, the Chief Operations Officer provides leadership to all programs and day-to-day operations of our client's organization and ensures they are executed with excellence in the achievement of the organization’s vision, mission and objectives.

This requires an experienced and professional leader with proven operations expertise and who will also bring passion to the operational leadership of an organization engaged in the next stage of its development. The COO will have a strong record of achievement and a deeply held conviction in the work and mission of our clients’ organization and in its Statement of Beliefs and Values.
