Chief Financial Officer Role

Reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer manages the financial and treasury operations, and related functions, of our client organization and its subsidiaries. This includes responsibility for managing shareholder services, financial, accounting, tax and auditing activities and stewardship for all assets.

As a member of the senior leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer also contributes to business growth and development including: managing various projects and their processes; analyzing the feasibility of new ventures; developing business plans; sourcing capital; structuring business operations financially and legally; and advising on corporate and cooperative governance issues and structures. The Chief Financial Officer monitors the progress of all new and existing businesses.
